In response to the recent tourist complaints caused by service quality in the scenic area, the leadership team of the Nanshan Management Office attaches great importance to it, and after research, decided to designate October to the end of December 2010 as the "Standardized Management, Quality Service" activity month in the Nanshan Scenic Area.


1. Participants


All employees of Nanshan Management Office.


2. Activities


Design special ballots and place them in front of each scenic spot, allowing tourists to fill in the job numbers of the employees who are satisfied with the explanation service, tour guide service, sales inspection service, and reception service on the ballot, put them into the ballot box, and open them at the end of December. Service stars will be selected based on the number of votes received.


3. Incentive measures


1. In addition to enjoying the normal rewards provided by the management office, the selected "star employees" will be exempted from review and directly included in the year-end assessment of outstanding personnel.


2. During the activity month, if there are complaints from tourists, the management office will criticize, inspect, and fine them depending on the circumstances, until they are put on standby.
