The annual Zhenjiang City Flower - Rhododendron Festival has arrived as scheduled in the glorious spring days. The 11th Zhenjiang Nanshan Rhododendron Festival was held in Nanshan Scenic Area from April 28 to May 30, 2010.
Nanshan Scenic Area is a national forest park and a national AAAA tourist area. It is located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, only 2.5 kilometers away from the city center. Nanshan has always been famous for its deep, simple, elegant and bright and beautiful features. Enjoying the tranquility of the mountains and forests without leaving the city is the unique charm of Nanshan, so Nanshan is known as the "urban forest".
This year's "Azalea Festival" has the theme of "Nanshan - making society more harmonious, making the city more beautiful, making people healthier, and making life better".
