Crab Roe Soup Dumplings

Zhenjiang Crab Yellow Soup Bun, commonly known as Crab Bun, is a traditional
famous dish in Zhenjiang with a history of over 200 years. It is not only
renowned on the Shanghai Nanjing line, but also well-known both domestically and
internationally. Soup dumplings are made with crab oil and pork as the main
ingredients, carefully processed. Small in size and beautiful in appearance. It
has the characteristics of thin skin, abundant soup, sufficient filling, and
fresh taste. When eaten, it is accompanied by Zhenjiang vinegar and ginger
shreds, which not only enhances the taste but also helps to dispel coldness and
greasiness.
